a month agoHands down the best barbecue in Cove! The flavor is perfectly balanced—rich, smoky, and incredibly tasty without being overwhelming. Every bite has that authentic slow-smoked goodness that BBQ lovers look for. You can really tell they take their time and do it right. The meat is tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, and the smoke level is just right—not too heavy, just enough to give it that perfect BBQ taste. 100% recommend this spot to anyone craving real, quality barbecue. Definitely coming back!

3 months ago10/10 best BBQ I've had within the last 5 year or more. No exaggeration. Brisket, pulled pork, mac salad, baked beans, pickles, side of BBQ sauce. Even the sides were great. About $20 with a bottle of soda. Worth every penny. It's a food truck, not a sit down restaurant.

7 months agoIm not gonna lie, this is by far the best BBQ I've ever had in my life! Try the ribs and brisket for sure. 🫠 Ive been telling everybody about this place since the day I tried it. 🤠

8 months agoI’m visiting from MN & googled BBQ near me. Big Dog BBQ came up first. I drove over & chatted with the owner. Nice guy & I must say, the brisket was AMAZING!! I ate at Millers the day before & Big Dog stacks up well against them. I highly recommend this food truck. Generous portions at very reasonable prices.

a year agoMy husband and I got brisket , ribs and pork chops. Sided macaroni salad and baked beans… all affordable plates Did NOT DISAPPOINT! Everything was amazing!!!! Best bbq we had around the city of here and Killeen. They them out !!
